• Nutrition support and gut health evaluation in order to fix immune system and begin weight loss process, updated when necessary.

• 1 on 1 facetime or zoom call for 30min. per month to check in and anser any and all questions

How long are zoom calls?

Zoom calls are roughly 30-45 minutes. This gives us enough time to review progress and go over any changes/updates.

Do you evaluate bloodwork?

Yes! I recommend bloodwork check ups. If you have any recent blood drawn I'd be happy to evaluate this and better help you reach your goals.

How long until I see results?

This is dependent on many factors, but typically changes can be seen within 2 weeks. (If all markers are met and taken seriously)

Can I buIld muscle and lose fat?

Simple answer, is yes. But this is depending upon many things that affect each persons ability to increase muscle size while losing fat.
