Hey everyone, Jesse here! I have been in love with fitness ever since I was 12 years old. I grew up playing sports and spending most of my free time outdoors as a member of the boy scouts. I received my Eagle Scout shortly before my 18th birthday and used my leadership skills acquired throughout that process to better myself in the United States Army. The military taught me many life lessons and gave me the honor to serve with many amazing men and women.

After my military service, I received a Certificate of Achievement in Exercise and Sports Science and passed the American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer Exam. I completed my Degree in Exercise and Sports Science in December of 2013 at the University of Hawaii.  (continued below)

Health and wellness have always been a part of my career field and personal development. In 2017, I received my Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) License and became a certified Firefighter. I have been a health coach for 14 years now, 5 years running my own business, and my goal  is to educate and provide a safe environment for anyone looking to start their own fitness journey!

 

In 2024 I accomplished a life goal of mine of becoming an IFBB pro in classic physique, which continues to be a major influence on how I live my life today. I am skilled in many areas of wellness, such as developing the mind set to incorporate health into a busy lifestyle, performing functional training exercises and maintaining proper biomechanics.

I know most people want to lose weight and would love to be educated on proper eating habits and nutrition. Along with my training regimens, I will evaluate your current eating habits and help you understand what you should be eating, among other reasons why your nutrition is holding you back. Your health is important to monitor on all levels so I also recommend having a proper blood panel done so I can analyze it and have a better understanding of where your current health markers are!

How long are zoom calls?

Zoom calls are roughly 30-45 minutes. This gives us enough time to review progress and go over any changes/updates.

Do you evaluate bloodwork?

Yes! I recommend bloodwork check ups. If you have any recent blood drawn I'd be happy to evaluate this and better help you reach your goals.

How long until I see results?

This is dependent on many factors, but typically changes can be seen within 2 weeks. (If all markers are met and taken seriously)

Can I buIld muscle and lose fat?

Simple answer, is yes. But this is depending upon many things that affect each persons ability to increase muscle size while losing fat.
