I received my Eagle Scout shortly before my 18th birthday and used my leadership skills acquired throughout that process to better myself in the United States Army. The military taught me many life lessons and gave me the honor to serve with many amazing men and women. As much as I enjoyed serving our country, my true passion was and still is, health and wellness. After my military service, I received a Certificate of Achievement in Exercise and Sports Science and passed the American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer Exam.

How long are zoom calls?

Zoom calls are roughly 30-45 minutes. This gives us enough time to review progress and go over any changes/updates.

Do you evaluate bloodwork?

Yes! I recommend bloodwork check ups. If you have any recent blood drawn I'd be happy to evaluate this and better help you reach your goals.

How long until I see results?

This is dependent on many factors, but typically changes can be seen within 2 weeks. (If all markers are met and taken seriously)

Can I buIld muscle and lose fat?

Simple answer, is yes. But this is depending upon many things that affect each persons ability to increase muscle size while losing fat.
